Marina Housing designs and delivers tailor-made floating structures to our customers. These case-specific solutions are nothing less than unique buildings designed to meet the needs of our clients along with the local requirements. Our modular floating solutions can be combined together, a fact enabling us to design and construct totally new kinds of floating areas with a distinct character.
These projects can be solely based on our own construction or various partnership arrangements. For instance, our Active Pier concept is very suitable for establishing housing for various public services and small businesses, such as libraries, offices, coffee shops, restaurants and stores.
