Floating utility and service buildings represent a new brand of solution for the needs of many marinas and boat clubs. Architecturally stylish units like these can house the needed toilet, shower/bathroom and warehousing rooms as well as the heavy technical equipment of the harbor maintenance. The first marina utility buildings will float in Achor Marina Dubai in 2008.
