Floating Villa
A floating villa is a house built on massive house pontoons that float on water, the whole construction being securely moored under the water surface. It ascends and descends according to the water level. Usually floating villas are a part of a bigger unit, a whole Marina Village. The villas can be easily reached by pedestrians from land by floating piers (in some cases by cars too).
A floating villa can meet two functions for its owner: it can be either a permanent residence or a vacation home. We can offer these life style homes in different sizes and configurations depending on the location. Our floating villas include master bedrooms featuring their own amenities, spacious seaside terraces and a sauna. Airy living spaces are equipped with sliding glass walls that give you direct access to the surrounding scenery. Boat-parking is now no problem since there is a safe mooring place right by the terrace next to the house. As further options one can have the villa equipped with a heated whirlpool bathtub, among other things.
