Marina Housing Watervilla is a unique design for warm water surroundings.The architecture is white and contemporary. Bright white facades are covered with fiber cement sheets and large windows and sliding glass doors open to the view. Spacious terraces are a great place to enjoy the water and the sun. A swimming pool with a vanishing edge finishes the unique feel. A small boat or tender can be moored right by the terrace.
The 270 m2 villa has four bedroom suites, a master suite and two guest suites upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. All the upstairs suites have a balcony. On the first floor the villa has a large livingroom with a dining area and an open kitchen. The two stories high dining area has glass walls opening to the terrace.
