Marina Housing is in the process of building a complete floating village in Reposaari along Finland’s west coast
Marina Housing Ltd. is a Finnish company, whose main business area is to develop, design and contract unique floating housing areas and other floating structures.
Our customers consist mainly of home buyers who have a strong preference for individuality and high quality, along with companies and international financiers investing in vacation home real estate and various hotel chains.
Apart from Marina Village residential communities we are able to design and deliver individually tailored floating restaurants, hotels, apartments, office buildings, spas, swimming pools/centers, and club houses.
The tougher than usual conditions prevailing in the vicinity of seaside regions are always taken into consideration in the over-all construction and choice of materials for all Marina Housing units. The architectural design and space configurations are adjusted to the requirements of the surroundings and the customer needs. We exclusively rely on high quality Marinetek house pontoons in all of our floating structures and as completed they are securely moored with seaflex rubber cables to massive concrete anchors on the sea floor. The business operations of Marina Housing cover presently Finland, Scandinavia, Europe and the Middle-East. Our reseller network comprises a total of 25 countries.
Villa Helmi is the company’s floating model house that is located in Keilaniemi, Espoo. Finland’s first floating village will be built in the summer of 2008 in Reposaari, in the proximity of Pori, on Finland’s west coast. Reposaari Marina Village, a shareholders’ housing company, consists of a total of 16 floating houses situated in a sheltered bay locally known as the Tukkiviikki (Log Bay), a stone’s throw from downtown Reposaari. Each villa is equally suitable as a main residence or as a stylish vacation home.
Reposaari Marina Village comprises a total of 10 two-level Captain’s Villas and six one-level Fisherman’s Villas, all in a scenic setting. The high-quality Captain’s Villas feature spacious terraces with a seaside view, studio-style living rooms with sliding glass doors and cozy master bedrooms.
