Marina Housing launches a new housing concept Floating Intelligent Green Villas at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2009 Real estate finance and investment conference on 19-23. of April 2009. Marina Housing is targeting LEED gold level rating with this concept.

The villas are built on Marinetek heavy-duty concrete house pontoons and anchored to the seabed with flexible Seaflex rubber cables.
